The land plot was in the status of permanent indefinite use.
In 2012, it was bought out of state ownership for 2% of the catastrophic value.
During 2013-2023, it was sold to investors. Currently, the following facilities have been built on the site: a plant for the production of construction and installation foam, low-temperature warehouses for storing frozen vegetables and berries, an asphalt-concrete plant, a dry mixes plant, and a trucking company.
